Bennett and Ferland's were Calgary's best players tonight. I though Brodie didn't look that good in his own end but did move the puck well.

Close game and the Canucks had their chances but Hiller played very well.

I did not like Colby until his last shift. That line was great for us!

Was Frodo wearing his ring the whole night? Because we all saw a whole lot of Sam.

Terrible LOTR joke but man am I happy.

Jim Hughson's call made me sick tonight.

One poster said something like he felt as though one of JH's friends had been shot after the second Calgary goal.

Here's what a professional sounds like.

Does anyone know if there's anywhere online where I can find post-game analysis' from the CBC/sportsnet/TSN panels? Thanks in advance!

Wow. That is what everyone expects out of Big Joe night in and night out. Looked a little iggy-esque!

Hughson is a Canuck homer, but I honestly didn't find him to be as bad as some of you guys did. Maybe I'm just more tolerant, and I don't think he was great, but I've heard him much worse before (such as the exorcism call after the Burrows OT winner).

JH sounded fine after the 2nd goal. Your bias is insane

No doubt, I just listened to it and it's "Russell... scores!" followed by 10 seconds of stunned silence. Real professional, Jim.

Burke celebrating is so funny. You can see the whole time he is trying not to spit out or swallow his chew.

Watching from Arizona, picked up a case of 24 beers with my old man, along with steaks, asparagus, and potatoes. Had the father son grilling moments, going over the mission briefing of tonight's game. When Russell scored, I remember just screaming shoot in Polish at the same time as my dad, and we absolutely lost it. I nearly fainted. What an awesome night to witness with my dad.

I've been pretty critical of Hughson in the past due to his disturbing twincest moments ("Henrik to Daniel, a slap pass they invented... erection!", but I really feel like he called a good game tonight. I actually heard some Canucks fans complaining that he and Simpson were suffering from the Flames from nowhere love of 2015. But aren't we all.

I have been a flames fan since the mid eighties and I can honestly say I have never been a bigger fan of any one of them than this one. Freaking brilliant. GFG!

I didn't mind Hughson much at all. You knew going in that there would be a Flames opponent bias, just like there always is on CBC especially because it's the Canucks.

The Flames making Hughson sad at the end of the night is always one of my favourite moments in a Flames victory.

4:46 in Toronto and still can't sleep after that win. My mom called me from Calgary right when the final seconds ticked off yelling at the top of her lungs in excitement. She also told me how a coworker who's a canucks fan was waving tissues at everybody as he was leaving work, talking about how they are going to need them tomorrow. Apparently she's distributing my 6 Flames jerseys around work so the ladies have one to wear on game day.

Going to Cancun in a few hours and taking my giant Flames flag to hang outside on the balcony of my hotel room.

GO FLAMES GO! Get'r done boys.
