I want Johnny to win the Calder as much as anyone but in the long run if he wins it or not, oh well. The playoffs are wayyyy more important

Probably tomorrow, though they usually leak which day each round starts over the course of the night.

To me this shows that everyone on the Flames staff continues to have their eyes on the team prize ( The Stanley Cup) rather than on individual hardware.
This reinforces the Flames culture that the team comes first.

If it does, then so what?
The calder won't be decided by being a healthy scratch on the last game of the season to rest for the playoffs, it'll be decided on the entire season.

I have to say, it's fun to watch the Flames' system with fresh and eager legs. Makes me wonder just how worn down the regulars were in the last few weeks.
