interference to be sure, and even a dumb play by Oshie.
but a 4 minute double minor for high sticking is the call? pretty awful, especially coming right after a disallowed goal

Pouliot got lit up along the boards by Regehr on the forecheck, then a few shifts later nails Regehr to the ice with an open ice hit. Regehr gets up and decks him and is allowed to do so. Lol. Just getting bullied, then when they show some push back, get bullied worse
