Going to my first game of the year! Best seats I have ever had in my life too, can't even handle my excitement. Will be reppin my Gio jersey cheering for our team like crazy!!!!

Reading the Oiler GDT on HF a poster still thinks that the Oilers have a superior team on paper. When will they realize the Flames have far more talent than they give credit for.
This season proved what last year showed. The Flames are top to bottom better on paper and in reality to the Oilers

They are 'visually' better on paper because they have cool names like Yakupov and Schultz that have cool letters on them like V, K and Z.

Assuming LA wins tonight, which they probably will, we need to win tonight to hold on to a playoff spot.
We lose and were a point out and WPG and LA both have games at hand.
If the Flames lose this game, against this team, with whats at stake they really have no business in the playoffs anyways.

colborne is the only Flames player who uses his size to drive hard to the net. he's not scoring but effort is still there imo

Why you would sit a guy who could provide some much needed secondary scoring is beyond me. Let the kid play for f--- sakes. I get that they don't want to pressure him, but he's an automatic upgrade over useless players like Raymond or Bollig. What a baffling decision.
