I think it will be 97.
For more information guys, Sports Club Stats this morning says that 97 points gives the Flames a 97.4% chance of making it (3-2-0). Anything 98 points and up is essentially guaranteed playoffs (3-1-1 or better).
96 points is 87.3% (2-2-1).
95 points is 66.5% (2-3-0).
The Flames are almost guaranteed to play either Vancouver or Anaheim in Round 1 if they make it.

So no Tarasenko, possibly no Steen, and Jake Allen in goal. Allen is good but still their backup.

St. Louis clearly doesn't want LA in the playoffs.

The 2 points against the Blues would really be huge if the Flames can play the whole game.

2 points against the Blues would really be huge regardless if they play the whole game or not.

No Tarasenko, possibly no Steen, and facing Jake Allen in goal?
St Louis - win
Edmonton - win
Arizona - win
that should put them in the playoff, the last two games, resting some players, and
LA - SO loss
Winnipeg - loss

He's their backup in the same sense that Karri Ramo is our backup. Both players have played 33 games this season. Jonas Hiller has actually played 4 more games than Brian Elliott has this season.

I actually think we only get to 96 points and not in the way we would normally expect.
Calgary Schedule: 96 pts, 2nd wild card by tie-breaker
STL - OT win
EDM - Regulation loss (Edmonton always gets up to play Calgary late in the season)
ARZ - Regulation win
LA - OT/SO loss
WIN - Regulation loss
LA Schedule: 98 pts, 3rd Pacific
EDM - Regulation win
COL - Regulation win
EDM - Regulation win
VAN - Regulation loss
CGY - OT/SO win
SJ - Regulation win
Winnipeg Schedule: 96 pts, 9th place
VAN - Regulation win
MIN - Regulation loss
STL - Regulation loss
COL - Regulation win
CGY - Regulation win
There's also part of me that honestly believes LA can run the table.

I could live with that. It would mean a playoff spot is clinched after gaining the point against the Kings, and game 82 wouldn't be a heart attach inducing finish.
