Canucks are going to lose, they're already down 2 on 2nd half of a back to back. That's what you get for starting the same guy in both games.
Also have total faith in NYR on this one. They've calmed things down after a quick start.

Funny the difference in expectations between organizations...Boston fans booing after going into 2nd intermission down 2-1, but in the 8th playoff spot. Entitled #$@^ards.

Yeah, I mean if the game was in Florida I don't think anyone would be booing...

Wonder if Glencross wishes he stayed in Calgary? At least here he never got stuck on the 4th line like he currently is in Washington. This may be a reality check for him.

They don't look like a playoff team tonight. I think Florida has a really good shot at catching them.
BTW, Jagr went to the dressing room with a jammed finger. It might have been dislocated, but can't find out exactly what's going on with him.
I should mention, both teams have had some sloppy play at times tonight. Nerves obviously getting to both teams.

To be fair, nobody would be there to boo.

I was comparing them to this team that plays in Calgary...don't think you'd hear boos in the same situation here.

the difference in a goalie on a back to back is 1 goal for every extra 100 shots
they aren't losing because Lack started
Nashville have a PP goal and a breakaway goal
saying something like that are when advanced stats are nothing but white noise
they are losing because they are being outplayed in the 1st period, not because Lack's efficiency is 0.01% lower than normal

Florida is in nearly the same situation as the Flames. Younger team that improved vastly over last season fighting for one of the last playoff spots. I think his comparison was appropriate.

Jagr back on the ice. No idea what kept him off the ice for nearly a full period, but he seems ready to go.

Wait...you're not a committed fan unless you boo your own team?

Senators dominate first period, but can't score. Turris with terribly advised drop pass, and weak goal on Hammond and Wings are up 1-0.

Hahahaha you posted that chart and THAT'S your argument? The difference between .902 and .912 is the difference between an NHL average goalie most years, and whoever happens to be playing for the Oilers.
As for whether the particular goals were bad, looking at the highlights the PP goal was utterly awful. The breakaway, fine, can't blame him for that.

ya and over a season thats a large sample size
in 1 game tonight its nothing
you also arent factoring the backups sv percentage, the shot quality etc.
there's so many things
if you have 2 goalies that are the exact same it makes sense
but you just cherry picked a stat without watching the game
