I don't understand the decision to put Ramo in net tonight. It's not that I believe there's a better chance of us winning with either one of them in net... But when a guy goes out of his way to get new gear (I suppose spending his own money?), and break them in over a couple week period.... It just seems unreasonable to just randomly decide that the other guy gets the call tonight.
Now if the Flames lose tonight, I'm sure we'll all be questioning the goaltending decision, when Jonas is sitting on the bench wearing his sweet retro gear.
I'm sure this decision doesn't bode well for Hiller's confidence either, as I'm sure his coaches and teammates are well aware that he's been 'preparing' for this game for a few weeks now.
Oh well, I guess if we win, all is forgotten... Maybe Hiller gets to use his pads in Rd 1 next month.

Jooris really played physical the last 2-3 games. Getting involved, putting his body on the line. Hitting, taking hits.
I like it, but it can wear a guy down.

It really annoys me that Hiller got all that sick retro gear and they're not going to start him... I'd be choked if I was Hiller.

Given everything you know about Hartley, do you honestly think he's going to let something as silly as "he bought retro pads" really influence his decision on who will start a game?

I don't mind Ramo starting. He was great in Philly a couple weeks ago.
Picking the goalie with the better chance to win is more important than who has better looking equipment if you ask me.

You have to buy a Lettering Package to get the lettering done. Once you've added it to your cart, you add the information to the order about the name and number you want.
