EITHER of those don't happen and the Flames win

Maybe give Hiller credit for NOT GIVING UP A GOAL IN THE GAME!
Agreed. Hiller shutting out the Sens after coming on in relief was just as important to stealing a point as the 4 third period goals.

I know you're not moon, but good lord it's like you guys pull from the exact same extreme words dictionary.

It reminds me of that Steve Armitage parody by Mike Richards, except with calling everything terrible

"Garbage!"

"Embarrassing!

"They're a joke!"

"Awful!".

It gets tiring, especially when it's against decent teams, playing great hockey as of late.

3rd period Flames had disappeared for a few games this road trip. Flames decided to make up for all of it in one game. Teams will be terrified of us down the stretch. This shows truly NO lead is safe against this team. In fact you're almost more likely to lose when you have them down a couple goals.

Just not a fan of trying to emulate the same success in the shootout, I guess. Schlemko was a surprise to me, but I would have switched the last shooter (Jooris) when we had the chance to a guy that didn't have a track record yet on shootouts just for the element of surprise. However, I'm not the coach, so what do I know.

What's even funnier about this quote is that this exact thing happened against his team today. You'd think he would have seen enough examples of this by now to not make such a stupid statement.

Jooris was in that exact position vs Boston. He had to score to extend it and did with that exact move.

I don't get how anybody can argue with using Jooris again the next chance you get.

Top wins when trailing? Probably not.

Huh, weird. When I first clicked on it, it said something like "Flames biggest comebacks". NM I guess.

With his 2 assists tonight, Hudler passed his production from last year. Now has 56 points in 63 games.

Lol, 4 million dollars for this guy.

I don't even know what I just saw. Down 2-0, I said we have 'em right where we want 'em. Down 4-0, I started to slowly skip forward thru the game as there's no way, no way we could come back. EFF me, at 4-2 I started watching again and I knew would would make it back. Schlemko almost had it in the shootout. What a game by Russell. Most beautiful single point game I've ever seen.

On a day the Oilers lose a 3 goal lead and lose, the Flames come back from a 4 goal deficit and get a point. After a game like this, there's no way this team doesn't make the playoffs!

Every team in the league would have mailed in that 3rd period. Every team.

Down 4 goals at the end of an already successful 7 game road trip. Nothing going right. No legs. No bounces.

Just go through the motions and go home.

But not the Flames.

How they had that much energy after the 1st 2 periods being that bad, and so many emotional games before this one, is just unbelievable.

This team deserves a standing ovation when they step on the ice Wednesday.
