0-0 going into the 3rd. Calgary looks good. Time for some 3rd period magic amiright?

Ramo has been excellent tonight. Let's hope the boys can get a win for him.

Man, Ramo has glimpses of a real goaltender but his starts and play has been so choppy.
It would be really great to see him have a stretch here like he had on that one road trip where he got the back to back goose eggs.

Against a hot team like the Rangers, at the start of a big road trip like this I'm sure the Flames are happy to go into their best period tied, should be a great third.

Didn't think that was a very good second. I hope they bring it in the third!

Fortunately or unfortunately, this has a "next goal wins" feeling at this point.
Positive prediction: Flames continue their strong end to the second, Monahan scores, flames keep rolling, Jooris scores, Flames win 2 - 0.

Negative prediction: Poor officiating catches up to the Flames. A call that would be acceptable in a normal game feels cheap due to the missed calls on the Rangers and ends up in our net, Rangers win 1 - 0.

I think his starts have been overstated. That Bruins game, I thought was more of a mercy/tempo change goal switch. Those were not soft goals he let in.

We have em right where we want em!
I expect the Flames to come out and put the pressure to the Rangers. All we need is one goal and Ramo's continued soild play between the pipes.

The Wild have had an easy schedule the last couple of games, including tonight. Would be nice to see them blow a game that they should easily win.

I'm dreading the negative prediction myself.

I will give praise to Edmonton this one night, or at least refrain from trash talk if they can actually do everyone in the playoff race a solid.
