The brand is Wahl. This is the one I bought - it is a bit flowery because the lady knocked $10 off of it versus the standard black ones. Since I didn't think anybody would ever see it I didn't care about the colour/design. Now I'm posting a photo of it for all to see hah.

Spoiler!

I also bought this one at the supply store. It's Wahl as well, but has a finer blade. It is for getting my hair at the back of my neck and around my ears. Does a smokin' job.

Spoiler!

These things are insanely good. They could cut hair all day long for twenty years and I only use them 10-15 times per year. I'll probably be passing them down to my grand kids. It blows anything you can buy at Shopper's or Wal-Mart out of the water.

Conair clippers are just as good (or bad) as anything else you get at Walmart or Shoppers. They last for 2-3 years before they bind up over and over and over until you smash them on your counter and then go buy a new set with a hat on.
The poor quality trimmers are especially bad for thin hair. I know they get bogged down in thick hair, but the thin stuff they just seem to push aside instead of cutting. The only thing that works for everything are the industrial barber shop clippers.

I have thinner hair and I rock a standard trimmer I picked up at Lodon Drugs for about 80 bucks and it does the trick. I run a #1 once a week and that keeps me going. Being bald is a blessing for me. I can't even gusee how much money I have saved over the years not having to pay for hair cuts. plus I love the horse shoe look I get if I wait a couple weeks between buzzings. Real used car salesman look.

Wow, that's a sweet deal. I think I paid twice that a couple years ago.

You know I was wondering the other day? How do religous people justify balding?

I mean, with diseases you can say that God had a reason that the person needed to die or whatever. What do they tell their kids when they ask "why did God make that man bald?"

"Well Abraham, sometimes God is like "LOL, f*** this guy" and just like that, he gets to have no more hair anymore."

.... I want my hair back.

No. But if I continue at my current pace I will be by the time I'm 30.

For anyone looking for commercial hair clippers you can buy them at Sallys. I found this out last night from my mother in law who is a haridresser. They sell to salons but they will also sell to the general public if you buy a $10 membership.

Is it true if you start taking hormones to become a woman that all your hair will come back?

Maybe that is why Bruce Jenner is becoming a woman? Scared of hair loss?

There's plenty of other side effects of taking women's hormones that likely will make being a baldy not so bad...
