So, Tuna - I see the Leafs got 3 goals last night. Even though it was in a loss, that's better production. I assume Kessell picked up some points.

Wait - he didn't? In fact he was a minus? Gosh.

I just cried

...tears of laughter.
I still find it hilarious they gave Rask up for Raycroft. Silly Leafs, Finnish goalies are the best kind of goalies.

Not only that, he didn't record his first shot until the 13 minute mark of the third period.

Kessel is not a guy who will ever lead you to victory. He needs to follow someone else.

Heck, it is the internet, maybe Big Tuna IS 12 years old.
I am turning 40 in April.

And I use facts and stats the most. What 12 year-olds do that?

What happened to having "too much talent" and "top four in the east easily"?

Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. I am at least happy that they are on their way to a top pick rather than risking finishing 9th.

Nice dodge. You finally ready to admit to being wrong on the level of talent in Toronto?

Anyone can see they are far more talented than the bottom-feeders around them.

Yet they are a broken team because the leadership is crap.

I have tickets to see Panthers at Leafs on the 17th and then I'm back there to see the Flyers at Leafs on the 26th. I was surprised how easy it was to get tickets. I had heard how tough it can be.

In the same way people still think Edmonton is a "talented" offensive juggernaut?

Kessel is talented, Kadri & JVR aren't bad either...Rielly & Gardiner still have potential, but otherwise it's one hit wonders like Lupul and Clarkson. Bozak, Franson and Phaneuf are all serviceable, but nothing special

I feel bad. His team hasn't even made the finals since long before he was born.

It's funny. The guy doesn't know how to multi-quote but posts like six consecutive times to make sure he refutes everyones points before him.

Then you ask the guy a question and it's like he didn't even notice.

Hilarious.

I don't know why anyone in Toronto would expect anything different.

The Leafs suck, they've always sucked and they're always going to suck. There is no incentive to win until another team gets placed in the Toronto area and the building begins to empty.

At least we can all be thankful the constant CBC fellatio of the Leafs is dying along with HNIC. Rogers blows goats too, but at least you don't have to hear from the stupid fanboys every intermission.

Anyway - full credit to Tuna for still showing up in the thread, and even disclosing his age. From this, we know he's never seen them win, and with current life expectancies, more than half his life is over... so he's more likely to die than see them start to.

I'd be sad about that... if every Leaf fan I've ever met wasn't such a dildo.
