Default The Top 5 Worst Movies You've Ever Seen

Been a while since we've played this game! My five:

1. Birdemic: Shock and Terror
Lowest rated movie on IMDb and for a damn good reason. At times it was so bad it's good but for the most part it's a painful experience. I had to pause the movie several times while watching it.

2. Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2
I remember watching this "gem" on YTV when I was a kid. It's one of those movies that stick with you in the worst way possible. Only Birdemic can edge it out.

3. Epic Movie

When was the last time we had a decent parody movie? I honestly can't remember.

4. The Last Airbender.
It's no secret that my favorite show is Avatar: The Last Airbender. Well after being blown away by the animated series I was deciding weather or not to watch the supposed abomination from Shyamalan. People on here told me to stay away but my curiosity got the better of me. HUGE mistake on my part watching this filth. A beautifully written story filled with wonderful characters tuned into a dull, boring movie filled with nothing but exposition. I can't even begin to imagine how pissed off I would've been if I was a fan of the show back then. Watch them make a crappy Korra movie next.

5. Son of The Mask.
I have no idea why I liked this movie when I was a kid. At times I wish I could slap my younger self in the face.

HM: Foodfight! (worst animated movie EVER), the Twilight movies (yeah i've seen them all, I feel ashamed to admit that), Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, Disaster Movie, Dragonball Evolution & Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo.

Go ahead and share your own painful movie experiences!

Scott Pilgrim-torture to watch. Only time I've wanted to walk out the theatre. Mary Elizabeth Winstead was the only thing that made me stay.

Open Water- 90 minutes of two people treading water and the most gratuitous nude scene ever.

Elizabeth:The Golden Age-So dumb and so bad.

Napoleon Dynamite-Not funny.

Blue Valentine-Something a junior high student would write. The blue/red symbols are asinine and obvious.

Really? I love Scott Pilgrim. As a completely silly, over the top, comic book/geek fun movie, it's brilliant. Edgar Wright's direction is awesome.

Last Kiss with Zach Braff.

Just the worst #### ever. It's all I can think of because it was so bad.

I liked it as well. I thought it was a comedy that was ahead of its time. It was basically a window to the internet five years in the future.

This is the point of these threads. Pick movies that you know will get a reaction from the crowd.

Legion - My goodness, so bad. Would have walked out if I wasn't with buddies. Found out they felt the same way after.

2012 - WTF? Cars driving through buildings, planes with impossible recovery abilities, People holding their breath for 5+ minutes, water filling chambers at different rates. Just so much dumb and terribleness.

Spider-Man 3 - I tried to give it a fair shot years alter after seeing it initially. I thought "hey, it can't be THAT bad." Oh, it's that bad.

Transformers 2 - Incoherent robot/splosion porn.

DareDevil - Sigh.

You're not alone.

"Back in the day, i could throw a pigskin a quarter mile."

"Betcha I can toss it over them mountains over there."

That movie is full of hilarious dialogue.

Honestly I can't think of many movies I went into thinking they would be good and they ended up being unbearable.... Lots of movies that I thought were "meh" but only three movies I actually hated...

1. The American - Oh my god nothing happens in this movie. Walked out of the theater.

2. The Drop - Tom Hardy playing a handicapped gangster was just unbearable.

3. Springbreakers - I just didn't get it. Nothing about it was good besides boobs.

I don't have a lot of stinkers off the top of my head as I tend to avoid movies that I don't think I will like but these ones stand out as movies that I felt robbed of precious hours of my life;

-Bad Boys 2
-Armageddon
-Spring Breakers
-Tucker & Dale vs Evil

It would take a lot for me to hate a movie. I can sit through a lot of junk. I only have 3 that I can think of:

Troll Hunter 2 - A cult classic bad movie. But I was just sooo bored I couldn't finish it.
Grown Ups - I turned it off 5 minutes in. I think I grew out of liking Adam Sandler when I was 25.
The Postman - I liked Waterworld so I thought this would be ok. But again 5 minutes in at the little play he was putting it on, I couldn't take it anymore.

so many bad movies....

Recently, Arnold Sxhwarzenegger's Sabotage was quite awful. The Big Bounce had a terrific cast, it sucked big time.

Moderately surprised that nobody has mentioned Blair witch project yet, but I was really hoping those kids would get Freddy krugered 18 minutes in

Transformers 2 - how much crap can we blow up
Showgirls - no amount of nudity could save that train wreck
Anything by quiten Tarantino - I know I am in the minority here, so don't bother mocking me, or questioning me
Donkey Punch - this movie goes right to the sublime at the 20 minute mark
