I can only watch the 1st period, and maybe the end of the 3rd tonight.
That might be good luck as I've seen every other loss in full since the 2004 win, which I think I missed.

Roger Millions @RogMillions 9m9 minutes ago Anaheim, CA
According to @icemancometh it looks Rene Bourque is in for #Ducks at expense of Devante Smith-Pelley

Want the Honda Center streak to end, I just don't expect it to happen tonight. Will be jumping for bloody joy if it happens though.
Imagine a 5-0 road trip in January that went through the meat grinder that is California, would be pure bliss!

Going 5-0 and then having the Sabres/Wild/Oilers coming up would definitely give us a good chance of continuing the winning streak to close out January.

If Jooris slots in it's either for Granlund or Raymond. Hartley is not taking Byron out. They've been pretty consistent (with only a couple exceptions) on the last guy to slot in being the first guy sat down (or sent down).

Hopefully Bork's untimely offensive penalties will help us out for once

This is the game that tells me if the Flames are a playoff team or not.

Seriously?
Going into SJ and winning, and then going into LA, where they are really starting to hate the Flames and tried their best to run them out of the rink but the Flames still prevailed, didn't tell you that?
But beating Anaheim would?

One game shouldn't tell you anything.. Too much variance.
But I ageee that this is a huge game and if they can pull off a win it will only help their chances

Hmm kind of like Granlund's game the last couple.
This team has too many forwards that need to play.

Stoked to see Jooris back. Here's hoping Backlund can bring out the best in Raymond and Colborne, too.

Was hoping Gaudreau-Backlund-Hudler would go again today, they really started putting it together in the 3rd period vs. LA.
I think Backlund and Byron should be reunited, Colborne back with Monahan.
Something like:
Gaudreau-Jooris-Hudler
Raymond-Monahan-Colborne
Bouma-Backlund-Byron
Bollig-Stajan-Jones

I wish they'd scratch Bollig for Jooris and have the lines as follows.
Gaudreau-Backlund-Hudler
Bouma-Monahan-Jones
Raymond-Granlund-Colborne
Byron-Stajan-Jooris

No, squeaking out two overtime wins, on the back of the best goaltending this club has had in years, does not tell me that the team is playoff-bound.
Especially when it follows hard on the heels of an extended 8-game losing skid that saw them fall to teams like Buffalo and Toronto. Remember that? It was like a couple of weeks ago.
But yes, if they can take a road win against the best team in the NHL right now, hot goaltending or not, that tells me something.
