CNN is a joke of a network now. Their hard news now consists of 24/7 coverage of recovery efforts re the latest plane crash where they repeat the same nothingness and the remainder of the time they run some show called Forensic Files and Anthony Bourdain (who is not half bad but why on CNN).

And the old CNN sub Headline News is now HLN and all they run is that Forensic show.

Yeah it's too bad that CNN borders on propaganda more than news now.

Sanjay Gupta is okay though... about the only one worth watching. And yeah that website is an absolute nightmare. It looks like they just re-released their site from 1995.

Website is atrocious. User interface is broken. There is no way to even scan the news other than be confronted with videos, images and drop down menu's falling over the latter.

Completely unusable to peruse the bad reporting.

Pretty bad, yup. I also really dislike CBC's new look. You have to scroll down to get to any news stories. I really don't care what they're showing on TV this week.

BBC and Al Jazeera are really the only 2 left that I check a few times a day.

CNN, MSNBC, FOX these are all just awful excuses for news stations.

They did a full on TSN makeover. I guess they're thinking it is better for tablets, so screw everyone with a computer?

Yeah, it's bad. Similar to what's happened at the Herald's site. I don't even bother going there anymore. Unfortunately for me I had just renewed my subscription right before they did their makeover.

Are anyone else's fonts half cut off? I am using a Chromebook with a 768 resolution. Has CNN decided anything less than 1080 is no longer relevant?

CNN International is good.

The American version of CNN, which is unfortunately the one we get on basic cable in Canada, is not actual news. I feel sorry for people who watch that rubbish thinking they are being informed.

You do realise this thread is about their internet site and not about CNN itself right.?

Problems I have about CNN itself are nothing compared to what they did to their website.
