Did the hard work whilst the Kings were asleep in the first, then shut them down pretty well I thought. A few nervy moments and a couple of last ditch blocks etc, but all in all, that was a pretty controlled game by the Flames.

Gonna keep saying it though, why is Raymond still on the PP? Seriously, he's been pretty dire since his return from injury, Jones and Granlund would be preferable right now. Anyway, minor issue.

3 in a row is an excellent bounce back after the losing streak. No reason why we can't make it 4 on Wednesday. Looking forward to it already.

Kings were better from the 2nd on, but the Flames weren't bad and they got some great goaltending to help secure it. Bollig, Bouma, Stajan, and Colborne were all very good tonight IMO.

Huge win. Hiller was awesome in that 3rd period when the Kings took things over. Gutsy win by the whole team.

HUGE win

-great goaltending
-great defensive game
-I thought Matt Stajan has been playing excellent since his return from injury
-Mason Raymond really needs to find his game. Nothing fancy just be solid!
-Johnny Gaudreau's assist was the play of the game
-nice to see Glencross pick his game up
-Monahan's been cold, but that doesn't change his high level of play for us. Watch out for him when Backlund gets back.
-How about Jiri Hudler? he's just a few games off from PPG pace
-Lance Bouma looks solid out there
-This team's success really goes... as TJ Brodie goes.
-Gotta love our organist
- Bring On The Oilers

that is all.

hahaha

I'm no tech geek and seriously proud of this... I had to go from phone, to iMessage to laptop, then upload and it wasn't fun but I had to share it

Gaudreau is ridiculously good; 2 kings try to sandwich him, he dodges both checks, chips the puck away and draws a penalty making the Kings look incredibly slow. The way he dodges checks must be incredibly frustrating for the opposition, it doesn't even look hard for him. Never seen anyone do that where he's just impossible to hit because he can accelerate and decelerate so fast.

One of Hiller's best games of the season. Flames had no answer for the Kings forecheck after the first period but he didn't break

Can't say enough about Hiller tonight, he was great. Hell of a play by Stajan to probably prevent a sure fire goal by Kopitar.

7 of the last 8 possible points. Great bounce back following the skid. Another big game on New Year's Eve. Go Flames!!!

I wish for ####s and giggles Glencross would have told Rog that they were scared of the Kings big hits but still found away.

Wait, wait, wait, wait... wait. Wait.

We play the Oilers again next? This just keeps getting better and better. Hopefully we can contain Roy!

Stajan with the play of the game by keeping Kopitar from scoring late in the third!

Pretty much didn't deserve it more than the Kings did, but thems the breaks we weren't getting during the 8 game skid
