I know it is not a popular opinion and I like them both a lot...but the Flames top pairing cost them 2 goals. One or both of them should be the goats.

I agree on the pair not having a great night, but disagree on the Colborne play completely.
The Flames activate their defense, its a huge part of their goal scoring this year. To do that though you have to make reads as a winger and provide support.
When Gio went in Colborne went back ... so far so good.
But then he just drifts over to his off wing towards the bench to pursue the puck carrier completely dropping his assignment.
Boom 2 on 1.
Colborne was the goat on that play for sure.
