Boy - what a streak Doug Jarvis had and that was at a time when the stick work in the NHL was much more vicious than it is today!

In for some J- Bow hate (even though I don't hate him). But for all of those who passionately defended him during his time here, please see how Gio and Brodie are playing this year. That is what the expectations of J-Bow were and should have been based on his pay grade. We went out and got him to do for that team what Gio especially is doing for this team, and he didn't even come close.

I don't hate Bou, but he doesn't have elusiveness to his game like Gio, Brodie, and Russell. He is a great skater, but really doesn't control the game like those guys do.

True, but Wideman still works somehow and he's the Bertuzzi of defencemen.
I just mean Bouwmeester's ability to rush the puck up by himself and start an offensive chance. He did it fairly well here, we just didn't have the type of forwards that would utilize that style of attack well.

I had always kinda hoped Sutter would bench him for a game to break the streak so he'd stop playing like such a marshmallow. As dickish as that is.

You guys all saw how he played for Canada.
He does give a crap.
Sutter ruined him and we know why he has coached the last game of his career. Gio and Brodie play with each other. They dont have to play on the wrong wing with Butler.

Wait! So you're telling me JBouw is:
-Injured
-Has 1 goal
-Has 1 assist
Why is Treliving not on the phones offering two B prospects and a conditional 1st??!?

When you play as soft as butter it's not a surprise. This is not a badge of honour.

I just thought I'd say congrats on the long run to one of the smoothest skaters to ever play for the Calgary Falmes.

I thought he played pretty damn well for us when Hartley was brought in.

Good. Hopefully when he comes back from injury he can start playing like he has balls. That might be a fun Bouwmeester to watch.

I hope they take care of the 2 eggs he has had in his shoulder pads for those 737 games. They were safe from getting broke while he had them in there.
I think I saw him throw a hit once but it happened so fast not sure if it did happen. Don't hate him but glad it is over. Would have been a shame for such a pansy to set the record.
Can't wait to see him on Battle of the Blades in 5 years

in my NHL13 season, Bouw lead my team in hits. I stopped playing NHL13 after that

If wonder if those with such positive revisionist history of Bouw are the same with such negative revisionist history of Iggy?

Sucks that Larmer's only ended because of a contract dispute.
