second time this season an opponent who played and lost in Edmonton gave the Flames a hard time (Tampa Bay & Washington). We need the team to play in Calgary first before they play Edmonton.

Not when someone so close and try to block his shot. If that guy blocks his shot, Wideman will be out of position and that guy might have a breakaway.

With his shot if a player blocks it I think there's little chance they'll get moving fast afterwards. Being 2 down sometimes the risk can bring a reward.

I thought that Chicago game was karma returning the Flames for the clinic Emery put on in an OT Win they had in Calgary a couple seasons ago.
Damn though...Trotz knows how to lock down a game. Capitals buying into his system.
