Default Jigsaw Puzzles 2000+ pieces

Does anyone know of any place in and around Calgary that sells bigger jigsaw puzzles 2000 pieces and over?
Yes, I have been to the malls and they do have some but the selection is very limited.
Online stores have a fair bit but I am one who needs to hold the box in my hand to see it.
The types of genre's we are into are nature and European history.
If anyone has heard of a great online store that has a good reputation please post a link so we can look into it.

Thanks for your time

I used to love puzzles. Then I got cats, and realized that they like puzzles, too...

http://www.gamespeopleplay.ca/home.html (Never been, just looked it up)

Have you considered custom making one? Some places, all you need is a high quality picture and they can make one for you.

http://puzzlesprint.ca (Just an example)

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem like too many places left that carry them. Online really is one of your best bets, but I have no idea on a good reputable one, sorry.
BUT, I would give amazon.ca a try. Varied sellers, so it's hit or miss on occasion, but payment is secure (which I presume is a concern of yours?)

A completely different option is maybe join a hobby group/meetup.com for jig saw puzzles and do puzzle swaps? Kijiji is another option as well.

I made my own puzzles (online) and the results were disappointing. The picture came out nicely, but the puzzle design was terrible.Every piece was the same shape.

Not me.

Unless I lost a piece... I'll tear a house down to find it.

I'm at Northland Village mall and there is a "Puzzleland" store. Lots if 1000 piece and a few 2-3000 piece ones too.

IIRC Discovery Hut in Chinook had some decent puzzles.

I did a 3-D R2-D2 puzzle a few years ago. My cats chewed on two pieces. Thankfully they aren't at the front of the puzzle. I moved and took the puzzle apart two years ago. I redid the puzzle. The cats didn't care to eat it this time, however they liked to sleep on the table when I wasn't working on the puzzle. I was constantly searching the floor for pieces that got knocked off... and then the kids... people with cats and kids should not do puzzles.
