Brutal cheap shot by Radko Gudas on Scottie Upshall. Brutal head shot with no excuses. Awful…awful play.
Elbow straight to the face. Should be suspension worthy.
No….wait. No penalty at all on Gudas on what should be a 5 game suspension. Way to go refs. You're f'ing terrible.

Was that elbow to the face worse than the 2 elbows to the face Stajan received in the preseason game vs the Jets in your opinion?

I didn't see the Stajan elbows, but this one was terrible. Upshall is skating towards the puck to chip it out of the zone and Gudas just stands there and shoots out his elbow. Upshall falls in a heap and his stick goes flying, takes a very long time to get up, replay clearly shows he goes after his head…and not even a call, let alone a game misconduct. I'll try to find video later.
