I think flipping an Eternal or Guardian at this point could provide value... I'm still slightly interested in the Timbo/Formulate posts at the exact same time during day 1 calling out Rathji for the exact same reasons.... While its not damning, it keeps popping up in my head when I comb for scummy behavior.

I'm still pouring through the pages as I skimmed a lot in order to catch up.

Now the question on Baxter is are they just busy in real life and not as into this as most of us are? Or are they trying to fly under the radar as they are scum? The second post for Baxter seems so disjointed from where the normal conversation was headed, so I'm leaning toward the second option.

Looking at the voting list, I'm more confident in those voting for hmmhmmcamo, but there it is, a majority voting against GP_Matt.

My biggest fear is both are town. Keep in mind when the results come in that the mafia already knows who is town and who is mafia. Makes the voting suspect there are mafia on each candidate I'm sure.

Well that happens early in the game a lot, the fear of lynching a townie. All you can do is look at post patterns as best you can and hope like hell you hit scum. It is not an easy game, that's for sure.

The first thing that I would like to post is that I am concerned about these groups. I joined yesterday and have an auto-vote on me tomorrow. Two people joined overnight and today. If they have votes against them tomorrow does that mean that the next day there will be two votes against them? That could get out of hand very quickly if that is the case. Allowing me to live until tomorrow would greatly help that information.

The other consideration is that I was warned not to talk about it but did anyway. Perhaps the penalty for exposing the group yesterday was a vote against me today.

Other than that, I think the groups are just a distraction and nothing more. I was given a power in exchange for membership in the group. It turned out to be a fitting power though as I will explain.

Just keep in mind a lynch at 6:00 on the nose would likely open the "twilight" portal around 6:30 assuming Mazrim is keeping tabs on the thread and can post a flip right away.

I would assume that the self lynch is related to your power? Otherwise why wouldn't you explain your power and let the town decide if you should stay alive or not.

My preference before it is too late (and again I am going against the general nature of the town) would be to lynch Baxter. He has two posts in the past few days, the mafia isn't going to night kill him and one of mmm, squigs, and him are likely mafia. mmmhhmm was my early choice of the inactives but his careful use of words defending himself and not wanting to reveal lead me to believe he is more likely town than the other 2. Squiggs in in Hawaii while he could still be mafia there is still potential he is helpful to the town.

If there is no support for Baxter I would perfer to here GP_Matts reveal in the hopes it allows us to quit speculating on the cults. I think I started today worried that the cults would side track our scum hunting and they did.

My thought on cults is that 2 townies or 1 mob and 1 townie that have the power to offer up enrolement in their group. They may or may not have separate win conditions from the rest of us based on conversions, we don't know so it doesn't really matter.

The big key is tomorrow we should spend as little time as possible discussing cults and more time scum hunting.
