I really want Gaudreau to score a highlight reel goal tonight and have to go up against himself in 1v1

Has it ever happened where someone goes up against themselves in 1V1? I can see Johnny being the first one to do it if it hasn't been done, it's like everyone holds their breath as soon as he gets the puck because odds are something great is going to happen.

I doubt TSN would choose it like that.

It's based on TSNs Highlight of the Night.

There's a new vote every weekday. So if its still the original goal, he'd have a new challenger.

Still its pretty easy for them to decide what it will be. On any night you can watch the honor roll and any 4 or 5 plays could easily be highlight of the night. Although being in Canada, an average hockey play beats and insane play in the NFL for some reason.

Ha yah I know. I love my hockey, but sometimes I feel football gets the short end of the stick! I am huge Seahawks fan (10+ years).

I didn't know there was a new vote until just now. New thread would probably be a good idea, or updating the title.

Football being boring probably has something to do with it.

New day, new challenger, same old Johnny: http://www2.tsn.ca/1v1/
On Sportscentre tonight, they said he's the first person to win 1v1 with two different plays.

Can we swap his goal for his second assist tonight? I like that one better.
Is there even a challenger from tonight that's more worthy than the play he made?
