So basically a sloppy game penalty wise against the Coilers and some shaky defense in the first 2 periods against the jets are the set-backs in this tourney for us. I like the effort from the young stars though, they seem to have bought into that hard work ethic style the Flames org. is becoming known for. Great to see.

Pat Steinberg has been wicked every tourney as well. Seems the whole tournament has been better every year in production value.

Yup, but still need to work on sound production. Still sounds like a high school AV club at work here.

The announcer also thought that Granlund is playing his 3rd game. I imagine Steinberg has been itching to correct him a couple times.

Vancouver should be doing better in this tournament than they are. Having NHL players like Corrado and Jensen in the lineup is a massive bonus. Add in Horvat and Shinkaruk and they should be more competitive than they have been.
