I kept letters and descriptions constant to avoid confusion.

First of all, its clear the silhouette in our logo is not a copy of the silhouette in the designs that are trademarked. Second, the protected wares and services with those designs do not include anything to do with discussion boards--- so on that level, using the tower is not against the law.

There's more to it than that however, you may face a type of passing off allegation, where the owners of the Calgary Tower say having that silhouette in the logo leads others to believe we are associated with the tower, or they endorse us, etc.

So maybe its not worthwhile to go down that path anyway.

I really like B and K, was a hard choice but I went with K.

Regardless kudos to all that made it to the short list (and the others that didn't quite make it), we had some great submissions to choose from.

It seems clear that G & K is the preferred design/style but there's a "split vote" thing happening that may make it possible for E to win.

Just to have some fun in this thread for the other three logo designers.... do you guys want to just 'roast' the crap out of your competitors' designs, Jerry Springer style? I think it'd be hilarious coming from the designer's POV. Would make for some hilarious dramatic feuds.

I'm okay with having mine trashed to ####, in the name of having some fun here if you guys are.

If not, that's cool too!

Which one did you design again? Because aside from B, the rest look like cornholes.
