Option B with the Calgary Flames colours - hands down.
It's both a logo and a wordmark.
The grey version can easily be used elsewhere as needed, (watermark etc.), the text and small flame can be used alone as a wordmark, and the small flame itself is a decent option for other places around the site like photon mentioned.
I'd personally change the font though, something a little cleaner and modern.

I am partial towards B, C, G & H from that list. None of them are unworthy of consideration, however!
Honestly, they all exceed my ability and expectations so enormously that it's difficult to judge.
I also think it would be interesting (impractical?) to see a few (top 5?) logos displayed as part of the full theme they'd be featured in. [For example, I think I like E, but I'm finding it hard to visualize what it would look like on the forum. I don't think it would look very good at all stuck into the current theme, but I suspect it could look very sharp with its own custom theme.]
