For anyone who is interested, preordering and preloading of the digital editions are now available on the Xbox One. The game will be available to play on 12:01 AM PDT (which is 1:01 AM Mountain) on September 9th.

I don't think you have to delete the beta, but it'll just sit there on your hard drive taking up 10gb of space otherwise.
