Open Batch

OK folks our next batch is an open batch - any free agent is eligible to be signed.
Same rules as previous batches but there is no list - any player listed as a free agent on the cphl site can be inked to a deal.
If you see a player on the list that you aren't sure is retired or not - please ask the league.
As with previous batches you must have cap space for all your offers.

Ilya Kovalchuk is a free agent that can be signed. His rating this season is 63.
Any team can make an offer but CBJ will have first right of refusal to match the offer and retain his rights due to the grey area of his retirement.

Finally!!! Kovalchuk will be back in a Jacket uniform where he belongs and is the first step in removing the organizations Anti Russia policy.
