Hey guy we're about to pay millions of dollars to, can you take 10 minutes and record a message we're going to send out to season ticket holders.

Its not like he's out playing hockey for them. He took 10-15 minutes to record a message. He'd be viewed as a headcase if he said 'nah, not until I sign a contract'.

With all the recent injuries that have occurred whilst recording sound clips for eager fans I for one cannot believe the NHL is standing pat on this issue. This should be amended in the CBA immediately. No wonder this sport isn't popular in the states, we're practically savages!!
