I would have waited to sign him until Stastny was signed. Pretty hard to justfiy that "discount" now.

Does seem high but Colorado should be in good shape, they still have a ton of cap space to resign both Stastny and ROR, and a D man if they want to. They also have some bad contracts coming off the books when Mackinnon needs to be extended.
