I hate it when people say that. Sorry, but it wasn't. It was the conference final and it was a battle.

When a team hoists the cup, that's the true cup final. Because they've earned it, even if it's a 4 game sweep.

Yes, for almost my entire life. My dad had them since the Kings first season at the Forum and I started going to games when I was six years old. I finally bought them 12 years ago so I could be guaranteed to go to as many games as I wanted to.

To add, I think it just looks ridiculous that they are forced to take a picture while trying to not go near the trophy. So maybe they should just skip the trophy "presentation" instead. Besides, they will all put _____ conference champions banners in the rafters the next season.

Happy for Darryl. What a great series! I do not recall a series this intense and selfless in a very long time. Wonder if they have enough energy left for the finals...

It's a shame this wasn't the Cup final. Both teams gave it their all and left it out on the ice. Kings have reached the finals the hard way and i'm hoping they are rewarded with a Cup win. Thanks to both teams for giving the fans a heart attack or two along the way.

I thought it was just three game sevens to get there whether on the road or at home. Even more impressive this way!

Although they had them down on the mat, they themselves were down in the prior 2 series. Just epic stuff right here. And the right man who IMO could be only one to lead the charge! Win it all again, Darryl!! Best coach in the league.
