The Wild Logo

The "Mighty" Ducks. I know everyone mostly hated the Disney connection. I always kinda liked it. It was like the team took itself just a little less seriously. Strange I know.

Always thought Sam Gagner seemed like a good dude stuck on a horrible team.

Craig Berube. I still have my Berube Flames jersey from when I was a kid. I was pretty excited when he got the head coaching gig in Philly earlier this year and I think he has started off pretty strong so far.

Strange to cheer for Steve Smith, Grant Fuhr and Steve Staois when they played for the Flames after they playing for the much hated Oilers for a long time.

I really liked Staios on the flames, for some reason. Same with Bertuzzi.

Rest of my list:

- Dion Phaneuf
- Sean Avery
- Dustin Byfuglien

Steve Ott.

I have others I could type, but I assume most will stop reading after that first one.

Hate the Leafs and everything about them but I'm a fan of Tim Horton's. He has a fascinating story.

Every single time the CBC guys say "hot" when describing a player who is super mad. It makes me giggle every time.

One of my favourite flames of all time is Shean Donovan.

Does that count?

I didn't think it was strange, but with the way everybody seems to rail on the guy, I really like Crosby.

that demolish all the scouting forecasts - and hardly ever get squashed by the big tall demolishing types.
Thereon Fleury,
Martin St Louis,
Hopefully Johnny Gaudreau
Guy Lafleur - despite his team
even Gretzky - until all that trauma to the Flames

I loved watching hockey (Wranglers & early Flames) in the old Stampede Corral. The high boards and the closeness of the fans made it an intimidating rink for the opposition to play in.

Anaheim ducks logo. Nobody else seems to like it that much, but I like the simpleness of it AMD the colors
