Why do people buy tickets again?
Oh yeah...to be entertained.
Beyond that though...these late scraps are serving a huge purpose for both teams that goes way past entertainment. Saving a lot of possible stick work from really fustrated guys particularly.
Fighting is essential in this kind of circumstance IMO...and I am far from alone in believing so.

That fight sure stopped Burns from slew footing a guy. It also stopped the several cheap plays after that fight....

Sharks remind me of the Flames of the early 90's. Even when they would jump out to a lead in a series you just knew if they couldn't wrap it up early it would just snowball and they would inevitably lose. The only way they win game 7 is if they come out with a good start and build a solid lead. If the Kings score the first goal it's probably all over.
Will be interested to see if anyone gets fired if the Sharks lose. Todd McLellan is a good coach and would find work within weeks of getting let go. Wilson has done a good job maintaining the talent level. For whatever reason the leadership of the team is fragile similar to the Flames in that when the going gets tough they usually fold.

That would be fine, assuming he's not taken by the Oilers, Canucks, or any Canadian team (aside from us of course). If he is taken by them I hope he ends up being a mega bust.

only 3 have won (Bruins were the last in 2010)
5 in the Sharks position have won (Canucks and Sharks both in 2011 were the last times)

3/8 coming back seems pretty even. I wouldn't be comforted by that stat in either team's position.
