@JoeMeloni: If Gaudreau plays with Byron, he won't be the shortest person on his line for the first time since youth hockey, I think.
His source was probably from CP who met Johnny today.

I jest.

Height really isn't the issue with Gaudreau it's the beef, strength. I'm not worried about it just stating opinion. Good thing is he is in good hands and his frame looks like it can handle the extra weight. Will take time though.

Big off season for him.

Probably telling him about how he should have been traded for ANY kind of asset we could have got, and how his meaningless goals have probbly pushed us out of the top 3 draft picks.

Always love the storylines th develop in these situations. The first and maybe only game Gaudreau plays with Cammalleri.

@RogMillions: Hartley says TJ Brodie did not practice for maintenance reasons...decision on whether he plays or not will be made tomorrow.

@RogMillions: Hartley says regarding Gaudreau..."it's not how big the guy is, it's how big the guy plays." #Flames

As much as they want to protect him, they also probably want to see if he can do anything with a full lineup of competent players.
If your best friend got level'd I'd hope you'd jump in life or death, and you know Bryon has the heart and balls to go after anyone so if it stays the same lineup I wouldn't be surprised.
If anything add colby, not grats. If anyone does something stupid you know grats will be hunting.

I just realized that a while back Roger Millions blocked me from following him on twitter... I have absolutely no idea why he would have even known my account in order to block it, nevermind why he would want me blocked. So confused...

I have a feeling Gaudreau is gonna give us something highlight reel worthy for the rest of the league to drool over tomorrow night (and us for the rest of the offseason).

Call it a hunch..

@AAVickers: Gaudreau on debut: "I’m excited. I’ve talked to all three coaches. They said just have fun and don’t worry about making mistakes." #Flames

Same here... I think all of us are trying to temper our expectations which is good but I think Johnny is going to pull off some magic out there.

Especially since the coaches have told him to go and have fun out there tomorrow. It's kind of the perfect storm in that it's the last game, there's nothing meaningful on the line (except for maybe Torts), and half the Canucks' vets have probably thrown in the towel on the season. And "fun" for Johnny means magical things for all us muggles to witness.
