They usually review plays for much longer then that. Willing to bet they would of if it was a Toronto tip.

This Leafs team is a fragile bunch. Flames need to get their forecheck going and start throwing some hits. Get some sustained pressure and get the Leafs running around in their own zone like they usually do, and the Flames will be fine. C'mon Flames, tie this up!

The initial call off wasn't even video review. The officials had a scrum and it was obviously high.
