What is interesting is that Eugene speculated that this maybe wiped out the dinosaurs. So it sounds like this wasn't man made; possibly something from space or they found the DNA of the virus if fossils and tried to re-create it.

I am not sure I want to hang my hat on Eugene, I mean if he was smart he might actually get rid of his mississippi mudflap.......

He didn't really speculate that it was what killed the dinosaurs.
What he said was more along the lines of there being no way to know for sure it wasn't what killed the dinosaurs.
He even specifically said, he doesn't believe that's what happened, just that he thinks it's fun to imagine zombie dinosaurs attacking other dinosaurs.

This. I doubt Eugene is a scientist at all. He spent more time talking about video games than anything even remotely scientific last episode and my money is that he's some social misfit who lived in his mom's basement and made up a story about being able to save the world just so people would protect him. It's pretty obvious that he's in no hurry to get to Washington DC, which to me is a dead giveaway. If you actually knew what caused the zombie outbreak and how to stop it, and you thought you might be the last person alive with this knowledge and the only place with the resources to help you do it was Washington DC, wouldn't you want to get there as quickly as possible?
And there is no way Terminus is what it seems. It's funny that in a world turned upside-down by the zombie apocalypse, something that looks calm, happy and normal is actually way creepier than a hundred corpse-infested abandoned buildings.

Yes for this you would think that they would at least get him to write it out somewhere just in case he gets killed, but that would never happen.

Before I say this, let me first say I know nothing about the future in the show...this is not a show spoiler. I don't read the comics...I bet we lose Beth and Maggie tonight.

I think it is a red herring.
Rick eats a Carlburger at Terminus...finds out what he just ate...goes insane...kills a lot of people. You heard it here first.

So good.
So much foreshadowing, scenes shot in the comic book style, awesome music
Only thing I didn't like was how short the episode felt.

I completely stopped watching walking dead a few episodes into them being at the farm and wrote the show off as boring. I started watching again this season, and man an I glad I did.
Some of the best tv I've seen in a long time.
Glad they didn't leave us hanging as badly as they could have.

I don't know what to make of Terminus but I can't wait till next season to find out. Good finale with Rick biting that guy as the highlight of the episode.
They kinda pushed the envelope again with Carl almost getting raped by the creepy looking dude.

Loved that final scene. Good to see badass Rick back! I think the writers righted a lot of wrongs this season. Not sure why last season they were so hesitant to push them out of the prison and turned Rick into a wussy farmer. But he's back! He's out! And bitier than ever!
