It's been a lot of lower lines getting time on the ice as it winds down, nothing noteworthy. Denver got a late goal just now 6-2, this should be it though.
“@KristenOdlandCH: According to #Flames GM Brian Burke, plan is to see how deep BC goes in NCAA tourney. But they will sign Bill Arnold (a senior).”

Huge upset today... 13th-ranked North Dakota defeated #4 Wisconsin yesterday, and #5 Ferris State today in double OT to earn their spot in the Frozen Four.
UMass-Lowell defeated Minnesota State today and will take on Boston College tomorrow afternoon (3:00pm MT) for a berth in the Frozen Four. BC had a 1-0-1 record against UML this season in Hockey East play (a 3-0 win in Boston, and a 2-2 tie in Lowell).

Cannot believe what John Gaudreau just did to a solid defensive team like Denver.
they have given up an average of 31 shots per game on the year in a pretty weak conference. Playing arguably the best team in the country when you are used to much lesser teams is not a good thing. In the end this is an elite team playing a very average team and it ended up like they usually do.

Not sure if anyone is interested but I've just continued to watch these games all afternoon. Currently watching St Cloud vs Notre Dame (who are kind of a thorn in the side of BC). it's 3-3 late in the third and I can see why Notre Dame are so good, they just allow so few shots and just shut out the other team out of the slot area, impressive stuff.

Denver was not expected to do much do to the quality of their conference from what I read. One college hockey writer on NHL radio on XM said they would very surprised if they even put up a fight against BC
St Cloud vs Notre Dame is in OT with 8:23 left in the first OT, really tense game. St Cloud actually sucked for most of regulation but they are really bring it now!
