20 years old first memory was getting my jersey signed by Marc savard and a bunch of other players when I was sitting beside the tunnel at a skills competition with my uncle , but my love for the flames really came to fruition in the 04 cup run

So, did you just stop counting your birthdays, or do you only celebrate in ballpark figures on principle?

Nineteen. I really started getting into the Flames after their magical cup run. I remember how disappointed my dad and my older brother were was when we lost... It's hard enough to make it to the SC, and I've been a dedicated fan ever since.

I've been to every Coyotes - Flames game down here ever since I've lived here in March of 2004. I love it every time they come down here, I always look so forward to it.

Went to one Flames' game in December of 2010. We lost 3-1, but the atmosphere there is so much better than Jobing.com Arena.

24 and been posting since I was 15. A LOT has changed since then!

I remember being on message boards when I was 12 lol. Some Pokemon super fan site back in the day was where I got my start. Still, makes me feel old when there's someone on here that can't even remember the '04 cup run because they were so young at the time.

			28 years old here.

I wasn't really a hockey fan growing up, probably because my mom couldn't care less about hockey and my dad is more of a casual fan of the sport with no particular attachment to any team. Also we didn't get a TV until I was 12 or 13 (my mom remains diehard anti-TV to this day).

I caught the hockey bug watching the 2002 Olympics with my dad, seeing that incredible chemistry between Sakic and Iggy and watching Canada win gold, I was hooked.

The 2004 cup run cemented my hockey fandom for good, I had just turned 18 and actually skipped my highschool graduation after party to go to the red mile. They played one of SC final games on a projector during the reception/ceremony (I think it would have been game 5), somebody had brought a mini-TV to watch the game and I think the organizers just gave in and realized both the parents and the students wanted to watch the game more than a repeating slideshow of all the graduates.

These days I live in Geneva and don't get to watch many games since they're usually starting between 1am and 3am, but I love reading CP to get other people's takes on the current iteration of the Flames! At least there is Swiss League hockey here, and it's super easy and cheap to go to games, but obviously its not the same!

30 years old... Many memories at the dome. Some earliest ones are Mcinnis breaking the glass from a shot off Hrudey's shoulder. Some Jets fan pulling a knife on my novice hockey team in the nosebleeds. Walking the catwalk and hearing peter maher over the speakers on 66 CFR that Iginla was dressing that night for his first game in the playoffs vs CHI.

I would guess I've had over 100 malts there over the years.

Joined CP when I moved to Vancouver for work for a year... Cuz it's impossible to talk hockey with a Canuck fan. Nobody there that I met had close to the passion or knowledge for their team than my friends back home.

I remember Iginla's first face off. I was in the dome. I got a picture with him that year. He was 19 and I was 6. The fact the he was on the team until I was 23 is amazing. My childhood = watching Iginla.

			21 years old.

Earliest memory would be a Sandy McCarthy fight in the late 90's. Then the streaker in the early 2000's haha.
The 2004 cup run was basically life-consuming at that point in time. My elementary school principle would play Ring of Fire over the intercom every morning. We watched every away game at either the Dome or McMahon on the big screens.

I was at that game, it was against Boston IIRC. My then brother in law and I missed buddy jumping the boards and just saw him on the ice. We thought so done had thrown something on the ice. He said blow up doll I said manikin.

He got into a debate about how you would get a manakin into the dome, finally a guy infront turned around to tell us the truth. Seemed like we discussed that for hours, in fact maybe it was a minute.

Cool story

I was 5 when they won the cup and don't have much memory of that. I was 20 during the 2004 cup run and that was the time of my life. 2004 changed me from a more casual fan to spending hours on this board and listening to the FAN for hours everyday

45, I share the all the same great moments as Capt from the WHA days.

Those were the rare best days in the old Winnipeg arena. I sure do miss those moments.

The best part was actually seeing them in colour and not just black and white pics in the paper.

Got to see Hull vs Howe never will forget it.
