Well it is. How many teams don't play the other goalie I after in a back to back? Doesn't happen very often. Unless your an old time conservative that can't handle a middle finger gif. Nice com back by the kids Giodordanos post game was refreshing . Took lots of the blame and praised the rookies.
Classless post was classless. An epic comeback win and some people just have to crap on someone anyway. I would not care, except he dragged Bob Hartley into it.
-(People may shoot me down for this), but Butler deserves an extension to maybe 1.5-2m a year a with us, maybe the same 1.7m for an additional 2 years. Hate me all you want, but he hasn't really been making any mistakes and has been playing a lot of minutes for us. He's not a turnover machine as much as he used to be.
Sorry, but you're very, very wrong on this. Butler still has a few flubbed passes or poor decisions every game. The difference with Butler is he's solid enough in his own zone that most of the time he can make up for it, but he's still a turnover machine…did it at least 2-3 times tonight without being forced to.
In other news, Flames Win!!!

Doesn't seem that way. Actually seems appropriate for how Joey threw his team under the bus earlier this year.
EDIT: I actually hope Bob told him enjoy writing down stats for the rest of the year. You threw you team out in front of the media enjoy riding the pine. Too bad we don't have Hershey as our minor team . Then Bob could of told him he would be smelling chocolate for the rest of the year like he "supposedly" did in Colorado. At the end of the day he is only here because ramo is hurt and there is no one else better.

I can't believe Backlund hasn't been able to snag some assists or get one himself the past few games. He's playing about as well as you can without producing. Looking more and more like a legit top 6 center.
Quietly, Granlund is riding a 3 game point streak to start his career. I feel like he's constantly motivated to get out of the shadow of his brother and establish himself. With his physicality, IQ and quick release I think he has the makings to be a 2nd line guy for us in the future. He's got the tools to get there. I think at worst he could be a Hagman, who prior to being a Flame was actually a half decent player.
That was awesome. Slept in after an excellent night at the bar last night, check my phone on waking to see we're down 3-1, pop on Gamecentre anyway and we score within 30 seconds of the feed launching... watch the rest of that awesomeness.

Guess it does seem that way to some. Doubt if they hold a grudge for that long deal with it and move on .
Man, are there good vibes around this team right now, or what? Rebuild year one ain't so bad.
Thought 'spoon looked pretty dang good in his debut, all things considered.
Shorthanded goal by Lord Byron and Granlund was awesome! Great pass by Joni on that one too.
Unlike the Oilers the Flames look like more of a united, close knit group. Everyone looks happy to be here and there doesn't appear to be any egos. There's a good vibe here and I hope management can build on it without altering the chemistry too much.

I see it as Hartley playing his best goaltender, who gives his team its best chance to win. Ortio is a horse. Kipper played lots of back to backs. Think what you want. This is not an argument worth having.
