Look forward to seeing how much Reinhart matured his game. Took a huge step forward this year, and I look forward to seeing him bring that to the NHL. It will be interesting to see where Knight is relative to the NHL level. I think he is one of those borderline guys that may be right at that threshold. Either way, they both deserve it.

This strikes me as the most logical explanation. They're almost certainly going to move someone today so why burn up limited call-ups tommorow when you can just get them now.

Freeway mentioned yesterday that Calgary is going to have to call up 2 players today regardless of any trades.
That could be all it is at this point.
