Would have to sign him first. Doubt they would waste a contract on that idiot, it's one thing to have him with the Heat but to give him an NHL contract would be just ridiculous.

Direct headshots are dirty and have no place in the sport.
That being said, it's a violent game. They know the risks, they're well compensated. Go watch soccer and then lobby to ban heading the ball because I'm sure that's just as bad as getting punched in the head regularly.
