West Van natives are restless and making threats to block Highway 99. Lets give them all a million dollars and kick them out and maybe throw them in jail. No matter that each home is probably worth much more than that. Just think if their gardeners walked out their lawns wouldn't be mowed either, it'd be another Hobbema.
