I think the goal is for him to get some, not give it away to 20 complete strangers in a dank basement.

If he wanted to do that all he would have to do is attend an Oilers game with an anti-Lowe sign.

Or cut a hole in a soda cup, and place that on your lap and offer her a drink.

Word of advice, make sure you put the straw in to the drink cup before you offer her some of that fizzy drink and not after because getting stabbed in the penis by a straw is really painful.

6 months hmmm.

Yeah spend the money, if Santana is in town see if they'll put on a private show?

Or hire the group that does the penis puppet show.

You could for sure call ahead and have a bottle of wine or champagne ready at the table, you could also let them know it's a special occasion and they will probably personalize the dessert for you.

Mine too, I always threaten to tell the wait staff on special occasions so she squirms.

So I've never been to Rush, so I can't really comment from experience but their menu seems pretty 'heavy'. I don't know about your lady friend but my wife is never is the mood after eating a heavy meal...Just saying.

well we could always start the night the way we end the night to solve that problem ... from what i understand from a friend who works there the portions are quite small similar to The Catch

Good to know, I've been to Catch so it's nice to have the reference.

For another night out idea if your adventurous you should do a chefs tasting menu somewhere, I have eaten some foods I would have never ordered if it was up to me and they were fantastic. Wine pairings can be a little pricey sometimes but again, I've found a few wines that I would be willing to buy at the liquor store.

My husband has arranged to have flowers delivered to the restaurant before, and the staff have them waiting at our table when we arrive.

Does it have to be dinner? What about arranging to do something as opposed to dinner - ice skating at Olympic Plaza and bring along some fancy hot chocolate in a thermos, to share? How about a wine/whiskey/bourbon tasting? S'mores and hot chocolate around a campfire? Does she have any specific hobbies or interests that you could work a date around? For example, if she was dog crazy, what about a lazy evening stroll with her dog, if she owned one, and a stop at a pet store to buy some new toy or dog sweater for her mutt? Things like that.

It doesn't always have to be dinner.

I have done some adventurous dates like that already ... had a horse and carriage pick us up and take us for a 1hr long ride

she mentioned a couple weeks back that it has been awhile since she had been out on a nice dinner and she loves to get all dressed up so hence why the fancy dinner, and from what i understand Rush just did renos and has a new menu and Saturday is opening night so it seems like a good idea.

I do like the flower idea i will have to get ahold of the manager and see if i can't drop off something small for them to put at the table
