The actress is 19 so you're ok. I didn't realize her sister is Vera Varmiga from Bate Motel and bunch of movies. 21 years older than her.

Not loving the crazy husband side story so far, but I'm sure they'll take it somewhere interesting.

No surprise, but it's been renewed for a fourth season.

I wonder where Murphy will take the series next season. Hospital, prison, the jungle, haunted boat? Or maybe a haunted strip club or brothel, which would work for me.

They cut out the opening credits this episode. That's my favourite part. Gets the mood set for the show. This time, opening scene, then, big blue screen and "Closed captioning brought to you by..." Ugh.

I still watch, but I just can't get on board with this show anymore. Bit of a mess.
Just not for me.

My guess would be Oiler's dressing Room or Toronto City hall

I found season 2 to be a mess.
Enjoyed it nonetheless, but it was all over the place IMO.
Season 1 is my favorite, followed closely by this season.

This season is definitely better than the 2nd season but the 2nd season while being a little off the tracks at times still had its moments. What separates this show from say the Walking Dead is the superior acting. This show makes an unbelievable story palpable through solid acting while the Walking Dead you kind of have to just close your eyes at times and hope for the next zombie scene.

Bump:
I've had this on my list of shows to watch for some time now.
Wife and I just watched season 1 this week. We both really enjoyed it, but I despised the finale. I just felt like they originally had the script written for 12 episodes and then someone at the last minute said "Surprise! We need a 13th". The finale felt that out of place to me.
Looked here for info on season 2 and found this thread. I don't like that I've read about minotaurs and aliens here. That's worrisome in a more-far-fetched-than-season-1 was aspect. Is season 2 that bad or worth the watch? Or do we just skip to season 3?

They are well done. Season 3 is better, but they are all good.

Kathy Bates sure makes a phenomenal witch. Her performance in tonight's episode was worthy of an Emmy, even if she is playing a truly vile character.

We just finished season 2. Was good, even with the alien spin. I really enjoyed how they used so many of the same car members in completely different roles. Can't wait to watch season 3.

Apparently it will be set in 1950, and Jessica Lange will return as a character with a German accent.
I thought she was quitting!

I have been hearing Animal Farm/Communism type of scenario, which sounds pretty interesting if done right. Would not be at all opposed if any of this seasons cast members are brought back for next season. I like how Murphy keeps finding room for his favorites, although occasionally I suppose it seems rather forced or kinda pointless I suppose.

Surprising no one posted on the finale for this season which aired last night. I have to say, the season started out on fire...very strong and just kind of ended with a whimper. Just seemed like the writers said with the last few episodes, well, I guess we should wrap this up. Not a fan after the first half of this season.
Really hope season 4 is more along the lines of season 1 which is still the best by far IMO.

The end of the season felt rushed, like they had too much to get done in too few episodes, started strong for sure but the end was meh.

I actually enjoyed season 2 the best. Season 1 was very good too but this season was not great imo and this is coming from a guy that loves the city of New Orleans.
