Different sized rinks in North America and Europe. Just settle on a damn size. Any size will do. As long as it's universal.

Most hockey players should be seen and not heard on camera. I agree, ban all intermission interviews unless its a coach, GM or TV personality.

The shoot-out
The instigator
The terms "biscuit" and "twig".

Oh, and the delay of game penalty when you shoot the puck over the boards in your own zone. I would treat it exactly like an icing.

Also, "truculence".

And "slap pass".

"throw him under the bus".

Makes no sense, and why is it only in hockey that you hear it?

Speak properly, dammit! "Players like Iginla, players like Crosby".
Frickin' kills me...

That, and the fact "untracked" has somehow become a word in sports to mean the opposite of how it is really meant. It really is a #######isation of "on track".
E.g. It took him half a period to get on track...

Homophobia, and also dare I say it, racism.

Terrible music taste of hockey world in general, though it's getting better lately

Crazy minor hockey parents.

Drafting System
- So that it doesn't favour teams that try to tank

To a system that's has equal odds for all teams that don't qualify for the playoffs
