He'll be back, belligerent as ever. Kind of sucks both him and TTC in a few days, who's going to fill in for them?

MMF is literally the best poster on CP, hopefully just a sin bin with the wrong title.

Always seemed to have an unrelenting attitude with me (and probably many others). Can't say I'll miss it.

MMF's biggest problem is taking any post he disagrees with personally and reacting as if it is a personal offense. This is a sin of a few vocal posters here, btw, but he is the most noticeable because of how many posts offend him.

I don't know if it's a generation thing but people who lick their fingers before they try and flip through pages GMG. So gross.

Nah, he's actually pretty chill, imo. I think what some people see as taking things personally is actually just his very direct way of discussing things. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and tends to respond to people who make ridiculous posts, which I guess makes him come off a little angry or whatever.
But he doesn't take himself seriously, which is the key for me. The worst posters imo, are the ones who just post angrily and confrontationally all the time and can't laugh at the themselves.

Getting angry at posts on a hockey forum is stupid, to begin with. What is to get angry about - should Cammallieri be traded or not? People that get angry quick are usually bullies that are difficult to be around anywhere. Internet forums are easy outlets for angry people to express themselves, but that doesn't excuse them.

I was going to post something really angry and confrontational but then again I'm just looking for reasons to get upset.

MMF was/is a great poster who I think is a pretty integral part of the CP family. It would be a shame to lose his contributions on this board. TTC was/is a great poster too, although he has been a little ornery lately (which I assume was because of a family death) so perhaps a little time off will do him good.
Most posters who have a 3 letter acronym tend to be a-ok in my books. I'd like to see both of them back.

Yeah, TTC was great, a little harder to defend him as he truly went off the deep end and forced the mods to take action.
I always thought his hate of things other people liked was really awesome, and up until that Canucks/Flames game thread I thought he had found the humour in it, himself.

Yeah, I kind of assumed the same. Perhaps what we thought was him being funny, was him just being angry.

Exactly. After losing his mother to Cancer he seemed to very emotional. I always liked him.

Maybe he just faked his own sin binning. The way that someone might be morbidly curious about the kind of tributes they would get at their own funeral.

I hate when people do this with money. I've even seen people do it with the plastic bills and the saliva just gets sandwiched between the money.
