Chicago takes a 2-1 lead, great action.
The Canucks are back in the lead, 3-2.
Carolina wins 2-1 in regulation over the Predators.

I wish that if embellishment gets called it ends up being the only penalty called on the play.

Let me put this in words Gene can understand: There's no chance in "Hall" that Taylor will be going to the Olympics.

I don't recall local media trying so desperately to get a player on to team Canada. It's almost, scratch that, it is so embarrassing.

The tweets is response are just as great:
“@28doug: @GenePrincipe @EdmontonOilers my question How can he not be?”
“@habs_sniper19: @GenePrincipe @EdmontonOilers and Ebs got two goals, so maybe both”
“@VerbeekStyles: @GenePrincipe only player from oilers should be Ebs. Hall is not an elite player. Head down hockey player. Give your head a shake people”
“@Packer_man: @GenePrincipe @EdmontonOilers the whole Oiler kid line should be on that team”

Forget the Olympics, Hall should be a shoe-in for the Hart as well.
Guy is just so amazing, and where would the Oilers be without him?????

You think that Principle tweet is stupid, I give you this...
@dstaples That is exactly why Taylor Hall should be on Team Canada. His speed is a game changer at even strength.
He then follows up with this tweet.
@dstaples hate seeing too many old guys (like Bergeron, frankly) on Team Canada. You need a few, but young, fast, audacious players are needed too.
Ha! Bergeron is 28 and in his prime. Looked at his timeline and he was responding back to people tweeting him. Called Bergeron old, slow and over-rated. WTF!!

Uh oh, Oilers are only one point back (of course, they've played 4 more games now). Time for another winning streak.
