Nice try by Gio and Stajan there. Good job by Gio to keep it in.
Stempy's on a bit of a cold streak the last few games. Not just offensively but losing the puck, plays dying on his stick, etc. Hope he can get going soon.

I don't think so. Paul Byron didn't show enough before to warrant a full-time NHL gig with the Flames. He wasn't using his speed and just comfortable playing on the 4th line. This last call-up was 360 turnaround for him. He's been playing with a lot of confidence and using his speed. It helps too that he played some grea hockey before they left on a 5 games road trip.
