Detroit has 10x Green Bay's total yardage... 563 to 56. Ouch.

I think this run of games should pretty much make Aaron Rodgers the MVP. They're one of the worst teams in the league without him and a threat to win it all with him. Not sure how much more valuable it gets.

same could be said for most top teams though

New orleans without Drew Brees
New England without Tom Brady
Denver without Peyton Manning

all these teams would likely be winless without their QB

I don't agree with Denver because well, Tebow did it with that roster. New Orleans MVP is Sean Payton (see this year versus last year). Brady is probably about the same as Rodgers so either deserves MVP, but you could always point out what Matt Cassel did when Brady got hurt.

Completely different team now (including all the injuries)- then what Cassel had to work with when Brady went down

True, but they still play in a total joke of a division that they basically can't lose because the other 3 franchises are so incompetent.

Great start Cowboys. Fumble the opening kickoff and the Raiders run it in for a TD

EDIT: May be down by contact, none of the replays they have shown so far have been conclusive --- TOUCHDOWN

Just a question, why would anyone watching an NFL game want to watch a Selena Gomez halftime show? I get that they're going for younger viewers, but Selena Gomez... really?

Although to be fair her concert was probably more entertaining than the morning game.

what an ugly throw from Flacco. He has a wide open Jones and underthrew it a good 10 yards and way off-route

That looked better.

So 2/4 opening plays had a wide open receiver way downfield.

I think some coaches are so rigid in what they do that it is to their own determent. Starter gets hurt? Use same offense/defense, just more conservatively.
