The New York Islanders had 4 days off in between games this weekend, and in this time they had a major change in their front office.

After reviewing numerous games this season, I've identified several strengths to be magnified, and some weaknesses to be eliminated.

A step has already been taken towards the new direction of this team, as the league has approved yesterdays trade between the New York Islanders and Philadelphia Flyers
