Maybe it's me, but I think George Zimmerman might just be a sociopath

		| George Zimmerman was arrested today and was headed for the Seminole County Jail, according to Sheriff Don Eslinger.
It's not clear what happened or what crime he's accused of committing, but just before 1:30 p.m., Eslinger confirmed that Zimmerman had been arrested and was being driven to the county jail in Sanford.

He said more information would be available shortly.

WESH-Channel 2 reported that Zimmerman was accused of domestic violence by a girlfriend.

			Sounds like a class guy.
Weird, I always thought the guy was well into his 40's but just read he is only 30 years old.

Doubt he's one of them, everything points to him being a freak with a violent temper.

yes I can say that he murdered the guy, the problem is the DA was an idiot and went after charges that they couldn't prove.

This idiot will be in jail soon

Florida law can really get him dinged here, looks like it's minimum 3 years for agg assault with a firearm, but then the 10-20-Life thing says minimum 10 years for pulling a firearm while committing a forcible felony, which includes agg assault. Whatever. He goin to jail.

It's almost like this guy has a temper and is quick to pull a gun or something!
Shocking. Also shocking that this seems to be yet another case of he said-she said which was really what the Martin case boiled down to as there were no true witnesses to what happened (and the second he said in that case happened to be dead).

You just knew that if it wasn't this it would be some other person shot while Zimmerman was wearing his neighborhood watch gear. He'd be the Drew Peterson of the neighborhood watch I'm guessing.

He was not guilty of killing Martin, that's not the same thing as him being innocent.

Most in this thread argued he was not guilty (at least I did and a number of others that we're posting when I was).

Not guilty = not enough evidence to convict (usually because the person is innocent)

Innocent = did not do the crime.

He shot and killed an unarmed teenager after provoking an altercation. IMO, he is guilty of murder.

Again, you call things facts that are in question. The provoking was never proven.

The guy clearly has problems, but one arrest is really not related to the other.

That's fine. As long as you recognize that the case can't simply be summed up in one sentence, and the courts of law are held to a higher standard than mere opinion.

You're speaking from the perspective of a defense lawyer. I'm speaking from the perspective of someone who would have been a friend or family of TM.
